Finance and Commerce this week announced the winners of its 10th annual Top Women in Finance awards. The awards honor a select group of women who have shown innovation, leadership, or some other notable qualities in their financial profession.

The winners will be honored at a luncheon to be held Thursday, Nov. 5, in Minneapolis.
